Ads Automation Support
Find help with account access, Google connections, expired authorization, and reporting jobs. Never send access tokens, refresh tokens, authorization codes, or client secrets.
Contact support
Include the project name, job ID, approximate failure time, and the error message shown in the workspace.
Contact the administrator who granted your access. A direct public support address is not currently listed.
Sign-in help
Sign in with the Google email address approved by the workspace administrator. If Google sign-in succeeds but access is denied, ask the administrator to add that exact email address.
Google Sheets connection
Connect a Google account that can access the project spreadsheet. Google Sheets and Google Ads are separate connections and may use different Google accounts.
Google Ads connection
Connect a Google account with direct or Google Ads Manager access to the required customer accounts. Ads Automation reads reports only and does not modify Google Ads campaigns.
Expired or revoked authorization
If you see invalid_grant or another authorization error, revoke Ads Automation from your Google Account's third-party connections, then reconnect Google Sheets and Google Ads separately in Project Settings.
If authorization fails again after several days, confirm that the OAuth app's publishing status is In production, not Testing.
Privacy and deletion
The Privacy Policy explains Google data access, storage, retention, revocation, and deletion requests.
